Taper: MTV
Lineage: Audio - PRO (Soundboard)
Rating: 5 out of 5
Notes: This is the audio from the Fragility 1.0 special on MTV. Transferred from the master betacam tape thanks to the wonderful people over at . The live music is from this show, it has some snippets of live songs that may be intertwined with a piano interlude done by trent in the studio. The quality is fantastic. Songs lyrics with explicit content are also edited out.

Lineage: Audio - AUD (Sony ECM-717 + Sony MZR-35)
Rating: 4.5 out of 5
Notes: This recording has not been circulated much, to my knowledge at least. I want to thank Polewka for taking the time to send a few of his master tapes to me to be transferred! He has made hundreds of fantastic tapes and I am very grateful that he let me transfer a few of them! A very good recording, sadly, the 2nd master minidisc was lost. This is his one and only lost disc so it misses the last quarter of the set. Regardless, this is a great tape. Enjoy the recording!

Lineage: Audio - AUD (Unknown Cassette Recording)
Rating: 3.5 out of 5
Notes: (Upgrade: Feb 2014) This is a cassette recording copied to a DAT tape. Unknown gen and no taper information on the DAT. Decent recording, nothing worth writing home about. Hiss is not overbearing, but this seems to be a higher gen. This is also the same recording as "Finality." I originally had this on the archive in mp3 format. So this source is an upgrade. On the DAT tape had the writing "You Fucking Promised Me." Probably just a title the taper gave it, but thought it was worth noting. Transfer is in 16/48, just as it was copied to the DAT. For archival purposes. Recording known as "Finality" and "You Fucking Promised Me." Supposedly a silver CD release, I have yet to see a copy anywhere.

Lineage: Audio - AUD (Unknown Mics + Unknown DAT Deck)
Rating: 4.5 out of 5
Notes: This recording is very good, with good sound. It is incomplete because it misses "The New Flesh/Pinion" as well as there is a cut at the beginning of "Into The Void." At the end of this source there is also some diginoise. Not sure if it's on the DAT master as this copy is from a 1st gen DAT tape. Not sure who recorded this, or with what but we would definitely like an upgrade of this source from the master tape if anyone has it.

Lineage: Video - AUD (MiniDV Camcorder)
Rating: 3 out of 5
Notes: Thanks to Travis Bickle on VHS Rewinds, he was kind enough to send the raw master of the master tape! Another one filmed by master 8, we don't know the recording equipment because they used so many different recorders, just not sure at this point. Filmed from the balcony and the film gets better as the show progresses. Starts during Somewhat Damaged. Just like the other DVD copies out there of this show, the video does freeze from 3:30 to about 6:05 of Terrible Lie. Seems like the filmer was still getting setup during this time. With this being from the master tape, it does looks so much better than any of the other copies I have seen. In order to reduce the size to share on the archive, we used the above settings. This holds up with preserving the footage, but also being able to share it to the fans. It should be noted that the 20+ GB file is kept too. Thank you to Travis for transferring and Master 8 for filming and sharing their collection!

Lineage: Audio - AUD (Core Sound HEB + BB + Sony TCD-D100)
Rating: 5 out of 5
Recommended: Yes
Notes: Duke2004 was kind enough to get these out of storage and send them my way. We have traded in the past during my Depeche Mode days of trading. He taped a lot of shows up until 2010 and I had no idea he did so many Nails recordings. This Brixton recording is definitely the best of the whole Fragility 1.0 Europe leg!
